Royal Enfield 650CC Cruiser

Royal Enfield’s 650cc portfolio will soon witness the arrival of new products. As reported earlier, the 650cc range, which currently comprises the Interceptor INT 650 and the Continental GT 650, will be joined by a cruiser-style model. Now, a spy video has revealed that the company is working on more products that will be launched in the middleweight segment.

Royal Enfield 650CC Cruiser

The photos gave a quick glimpse at a retro-style motorcycle that featured a twin-sided peashooter exhaust design. Unlike the 650cc cruiser, this new model featured a relatively low-set handlebar, neutral position for the footpegs, and blacked-out peashooter exheffort

This motorcycle was accompanied by its accessorised version that packed a tall-windscreen and crash protectors. The cycle parts, similar to the 650cc cruiser, included upside-down front forks and twin-sided rear springs to perform the shock absorption tasks.

Royal Enfield may retain the existing engine from the Interceptor INT 650 and the Continental GT 650 for the upcoming middleweight motorcycles. The BS6-compliant, 648cc, air/oil-cooled engine on the Royal Enfield 650 twins, for reference, makes 47bhp and 52Nm.
